::Monkeys scream for ICECREAM!::

Here are some pictures. The monkeys are by my mom, I don't think she cares about copyright, but I think they're amazing, so I put her name on them in case some crazy person gets them and posts them all over. What's up with that nertz person on my blog? Honestly, I hate the internet. It's ridiculous!

This is Alex. (I think his real name is Alexander). He's a family friend. He pretty much speaks fluent English, and he likes to come over and learn it from us.

This is Hannah... being herself... and writing rude things on Christmas presents...

Our Cypress Christmas trees and the missionaries: Elder Torres and Florez in the back.

That's the baby monkey on the mommy's back.

I have no idea what this strange bizarre creature is... but it was big.

My mom got some really good monkey pictures.

This was also huge. I think you'll appreciate this, Brittany. :) We also saw little poisoned frogs, but the pictures aren't very good.

This is us enjoying the beach. Very cool. No, not really. It was pretty warm. And salty. Gosh. You just get it on your lips and you have to spit for like ten minutes.

This is an active volcano. That's one of the top to-do things in Costa Rica. This one is called Arenal volcanoe... I'm pretty sure you could find better pictures online, our experience was a little disappointing. You can sometimes see red lava flowing down it at night, but it rained like crazy... so we only saw a little smoke and a couple red little rivulets--like a little red spark.

This is probably the most beautiful place I have ever been in my life. It was a waterfall. You should see it in real life, the water hit the pond so hard it shot up high on both sides. It's hard to describe, you can kindof see it in the picture.

Cool Tucans...

These are the attacking monkeys who cornered that poor little fellow (see the last post).

Us in the rain forest. One of the things I was most looking forward to, but honestly... it was so hot and humid and we couldn't see anything with all of us there so... it wasn't quite like I imagined a rain forest adventure to be...

Yaaaaaaaaaay for pictures! Alex sounds cool. :) What wrong the ocean being warm? lol. The Tucans look awesome. Do they bite? If not maybe you could train one to sit on your shoulder. The waterfall looks really pretty. :)
