A recipe in three parts. This is for my mom's Pesto Pizza, but you have to have this bread stick recipe and obviously pesto sauce recipe.
Bread Sticks
1 Tbsp dry yeast
1 ½ cups warm water
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
4–4 ½ cups flour
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in sugar. Add salt and flour until dough forms a ball. Knead on floured board, roll into long sticks. Place on buttered cookie sheet. Brush with melted butter, and toppings as desired (garlic butter, Parmesan cheese, cinnamon and sugar, seasoning salt, etc.) Let rise ten minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for about ten minutes or until golden brown.
Pesto Sauce
2 or 3 pieces of garlic chopped, 2–3 cups tightly packed fresh basil leaves, ¼ cup of nuts (peanuts, walnuts, or pine-nuts), ½ cup olive oil, put in blender and grind until it's green mush. (Makes a lot, you can freeze it and save it for later). Mix in Parmesan cheese (either real cheese or the sprinkly kind).

Fried and seasoned chicken (season Badia—complete seasoning)
Mozzarella cheese
Make bread stick dough, roll out onto cookie. Put on sauce, cheese, chicken and cook.
