::Hangman's Last Desire::

Earthquake

So, I experienced my first earthquake last Saturday (I think)... Well, technically I don't think it was my real first earthquake. We've had some in Utah, but I don't remember if I ever felt any of the ones in Utah... My "earthquake" wasn't much of an experience. It literally lasted about 2 to 3 seconds. We heard like, a popping booming kind of sound, and then it sounded like the tiles were rattling like it always does in those movies before tornadoes or an Earthquake and then... it stopped. Before I got up or anything. I think it was Hannah, but someone said, "That was an earthquake!" And I laughed. We had a British visitor (he does an amazing Indian accent) who said that the first earthquake is kind of exhilarating, but the second makes you nervous because you realize better what's happening.

Hangman's Last Desire

I think "Hangman's Last Desire" would be a spectacular name for a cake, or a pie, or something... Don't you? Who wouldn't want to eat something that was so good, a man (or woman, let's not be stereotypical here) wanted to eat it more than they wanted anything else. Admittedly, that says something pathetic about the one being hanged... or does it? Maybe I'd rather have that cheap, easy-made cheesecake before I die... why don't ever think about that treat when my Mom asks me what I want for my birthday? That sweetened condensed cheesecake is even as good as my Mom's amazing homemade Angel Food Cake with Seven Minute Frosting. (Drool).

haha Bekah you make me laugh. I think it would be cool to feel an earthquake but at the same time I would be nervous because I have seen what they can do. Hmm oh well. The Hang Mans desire does sound really good for a food name. I thinkg it s brilliant.:)

Scary! I'm so glad it was a small one. I didn't know you liked cheesecake that much. :)
